These terms apply to your use of techsolinit.com. They don't cover embedev, which is a separate product with its own site and its own terms. If we take on client work together, that's governed by the separate agreement we sign for that project, not this page.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site and use the contact, newsletter, and careers forms for their intended purpose — reaching out about a project, signing up for updates, or applying for a role. Please don't use the site or its forms to send spam, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to, or otherwise interfere with how it works. Job applications should be genuine — please only apply with information about yourself, and don't submit applications on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and the TechSolinit name and logo — belongs to TechSolinit unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.
No warranties
We keep this site up to date as best we can, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of any kind — including that it'll always be available, error-free, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechSolinit isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site. This doesn't affect any liability that can't be limited by law.
